Youth in the diaspora face unique challenges: adjusting to new cultures, balancing identities, and finding their place in society. At ECEC, we believe mentorship is key to helping them succeed.

Our Youth Empowerment and Mentorship Program pairs young people with role models who guide them through education, career planning, and life skills development. Whether through workshops, leadership training, or community service, we ensure young people have the tools and confidence to thrive.

The program also creates opportunities for youth to connect with peers, share their voices, and step into leadership roles. By nurturing their talents, we help them not only dream of a brighter future but actively build it.
